FARMINGTON — New Ventures Maine will offer a free Exploring Careers workshop from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Jan. 24, at the NVME Office, 108 Perham St., Suite 2.
This two-hour workshop can help those who are ready for a job change and want to explore options first gain confidence about their next steps. The workshop can help individuals research the job market, tune up their resume, learn about training and education options, and bring home additional resources that can help find an appropriate job.
New Ventures Maine helps people find success in their jobs, businesses and communities through tuition-free workshops and one-on-one coaching in four program areas: Building a Career, Starting a Business, Managing your Money, and becoming a Leader.
