KINGSTON, R.I. — The University of Rhode Island recently announced the following area students were named to its 2017 fall semester dean’s list.

They are: Simon Davis, of Readfield; Emilie Burrill, of Topsham; Devan Globensky, of Augusta; Alec Stanley, of Manchester; Taylor Easler, of Belgrade; Alexandria Jarvais, of Madison; Elizabeth Dunivan, of Plymouth; and Rachel Pratt, of Cornville.

To be included on the dean’s list, students must have completed 12 or more credits during a semester for letter grades with at least a 3.30 quality point average. Part-time students qualify with the accumulation of 12 credits with a 3.30 quality point average.
