RICHMOND — Sydney Tilton had 21 points and nine rebounds to lead the Richmond girls basketball team to a 53-23 victory over Hall-Dale in a Mountain Valley Conference game Wednesday.

Ashley Abbott added 12 points for the Bobcats (10-4), while Caitlin Kendrick added 10.

Cat Kincaid led the Bulldogs (3-10) with 10 points.


BOOTHBAY 58, WINTHROP 55: The Seahawks ralled from a six-pont deficit with under three minutes to play for the MVC win in Boothbay.

Hunter Crocker scored 20 points to lead Boothbay, one of four Seahawks in double figures. Kyle Ames added 15.

Cam Wood led Winthrop with 17 points, and Nate LeBlanc added 11.

KENTS HILL 79, HEBRON 39: Darius Hinds’ double-double lead the Huskies to the win at home.

Hinds finished wit 14 points and 12 rebounds for Kents Hill (9-7). Latrell Bryant and Mitchell Tarrio added 16 and 15 points, respectively.


EDWARD LITTLE 2, GARDINER 1, OT: Eli Thibodeau scored his second goal of the game to lift the Eddies to the win at Norway Savings Bank Arena in Auburn.

Thibodeau tied the game in the third period with his first goal for Edward Little (7-4-0).

Jake Weston scored on the power play for Gardiner (1-7-0) in the first period.
