ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 2:42 p.m., William Steven Smith, 20, of Detroit, was arrested on charges of violation of bail, domestic assault, criminal mischief, violating condition of release, terrorizing, assault, domestic violence assault, driving to endanger and endangering the welfare of a child.

6:33 p.m., Allen W. Sewall, 32, of Pittsfield, was arrested on a charge of hunting antlerless deer without permit.

8:07 p.m., Kenneth J. Ruggiero, 33, of Fairfield, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault, domestic violence terrorizing, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and operating after suspension.

9:27 p.m., Shelby T. Skidgell, 31, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault.
