A 21st Century Kids of F.R.A.N.K.L.I.N. February Stay-cation Adventure Camp is scheduled for 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday, Feb. 19-23, at Academy Hill School, 585 Depot St. in Wilton.

The February break adventure camp is for children in grades K-5 in School Administrative Districts 9, 58 and 73.

On Monday, children can find the abominable snowman, go sledding and snowshoeing.

Tuesday events will feature scent stations, cross country skiing and the building of snow shelters.

On Wednesday, children can check for animal tracks, go snowshoeing and play snow baseball.

Thursday’s project will be the building of a snow worm, playing winter horseshoes and creating snow art.

Friday, the last day of camp, participants can go snowshoeing, sledding and participate in a snow treasure hunt.

The cost per day with food included is $30; without food $25. The cost for the week with food is $135; without food $115.

This is not a school-sponsored event.

The registration form and a $25 non-refundable deposit for each child can be dropped off by Feb. 10 at the child’s school or at the Franklin County Children’s Task Force office, 113 Church St. in Farmington. For an application, visit fcctf.org.
