FAIRFIELD — A seven-week Hospice volunteer training program is scheduled for 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. starting Wednesday, Feb. 28, at Lawrence Adult Education Center, 9 School St.
This free program can educate and inspire the potential volunteers in how to support community members as they maneuver through end-of-life challenges. The training is facilitated by volunteer coordinator with registered nurses, medical social workers and chaplain speakers.
