Portland High’s Terion Moss has been named a finalist for the Mr. Maine Basketball award, to be presented on March 9.
Moss is joined by other finalists Taylor Schildroth of George Stevens Academy and Ian McIntyre of Hampden Academy.
The three finalists for Miss Maine Basketball include Page Brown of Boothbay Region, Kolleen Bouchard of Houlton and Emily Wheaton of Presque Isle.
The winners will be announced at the Maine McDonald’s High School Senior All-Star awards banquet at the Anah Shrine Hall in Bangor on March 9.
Moss averaged 19.6 points, 4.6 assists and 2.9 steals for the Bulldogs, who advanced to the Class AA North semifinals.
Brown averaged 19.6 points, 8.6 rebounds and 2.5 steals for the Seahawks, who made it to the Class C South finals.
The McDonald’s senior all-star games will be held at Husson University on March 10, beginning at 9:15 a.m.
