AUGUSTA — An Introduction to Tai Chi workshop will begin at 6:30 p.m. Monday, March 19, presented by Linda Harrell of Phoenix Taikwondo, as part of its March Mindfulness series at Lithgow Public Library, 45 Winthrop St.
Originally a form of martial art, Tai Chi is now a popular meditative exercise, suitable for all ages and abilities. Those who attend this free event can learn a little of the history of Tai Chi and try it out during this one hour workshop.
This class size is limited, so call or stop by the library to register.
