The Richmond Area Health Center will offer a free Living Well for Better Health series from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesdays, April 24 through May 29, at the Golden Oldies Senior Center, 314 Front St., in Richmond.
Spectrum Generations will offer this interactive workshop series where participants can learn tools to better manage their own health conditions. The workshop also has been shown to reduce hospitalizations by improving participant’s ability to take care of their health, according to a news release from the center.
Topics discussed during this six-week course include depression, medication use, nutrition, planning for future and how to talk with a health provider.
