Winthrop Middle School will present “The Little Mermaid Jr.” at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, April 6 and 7, and at 1 p.m. Sunday, April 8, in the Winthrop High School’s Performing Arts Center, Rambler Road, Winthrop.
The cast of approximately 36 will be led by Audra Eaton and Ashlee Fecteau.
Journey with the cast “under the sea” in an enchanting look at the sacrifices we all make for love and acceptance. Ariel is fascinated with life on land but forbidden by her father King Triton. Determined to find her new love, Prince Eric, she makes a dangerous deal with Ursula, a sea witch, to become human.
Tickets, available a the door, will cost $8 for adults or $5 for seniors and students, and free for those 5 and younger.
