STANDISH — Kara Kelly and Kayla Kelly combined for five goals in a span of 10 minutes, 43 seconds in the first half and the St. Joseph’s women’s lacrosse team beat Norwich 20-10 on Satuday.

Kara Kelly and Kayla Kelly each finished with five goals for St. Joseph’s (9-2, 5-1 Great Northeast Athletic Conference). Elyse Caiazzo added four goals.

Olivia Bloom had five goals for Norwich (4-5, 3-3).

BATES 10, CONNECTICUT COLLEGE 7: Kate Allard scored three goals in the second half as the Bobcats (7-5, 2-5 NESCAC) beat the Camels (3-8, 0-7) at New London, Connecticut.

COLBY 14, MIDDLEBURY 12: Grace Crowell scored with 2:16 left to give the Mules (6-4, 2-4) NESCAC) the lead for good in their win over the Panthers (9-2, 5-1) in Middlebury, Vermont.

UMASS-DARTMOUTH 17, SOUTHERN MAINE 8: Erin Kish had seven goals and an assist as the Corsairs (7-3, 1-1 Little East) beat the Huskies (5-4, 0-1) in Dartmouth, Massachusetts.

ROGER WILLIAMS 19, UNIVERSITY OF NEW ENGLAND 12: Kaelin Hogan had five goals and three assists as the Hawks (8-3, 3-1 CCC) beat the Nor’easters (4-7, 1-3) in Bristol, Rhode Island. Anna Stowell had three goals for UNE.

SOFTBALL

BOWDOIN SWEEPS COLBY: Maddie Rouhana hit a three-run homer and the Polar Bears (16-5, 3-2 NESCAC) scored seven runs in the fourth to beat the Mules (1-13, 0-2) 12-0 in the first game of a doubleheader in Brunswick.

Bowdoin won the second game, 12-0.

SOUTHERN MAINE, KEENE STATE SPLIT: Brittany Plowman singled to center to drive in Erin Martin in the bottom of the eighth as the Huskies (10-11, 2-2 Little East) beat the Owls (4-1, 1-2) 6-5 in the second game of a doubleheader in Gorham. Southern Maine lost the first game, 5-4.

TUFTS SWEEPS BATES: Kristina Haghdan pitched a one-hitter as the Jumbos (15-4, 4-1) beat the Bobcats (10-7, 0-4) 7-0 to finish a doubleheader sweep in Lewiston. Tufts won the first game, 1-0.

ST. JOSEPH’S, NORWICH SPLIT: The Monks (5-11, 1-3 GNAC) scored five runs in the second inning to win the second game of a doubleheader 10-1 over the Cadets (5-5, 3-3) in Standish. Norwich won the first game, 6-2.

ALBANY 3, MAINE 2: Sarah Petzold hit an RBI single in the bottom of the eighth inning as the Great Danes (15-8, 3-1) beat the Black Bears (12-5, 3-1) in Albany, New York.

UNIVERSITY OF NEW ENGLAND SWEEPS ROGER WILLIAMS: Carolina Schoenbucher hit a two-run homer in the seventh inning as the Nor’easters (9-5, 4-0 CCC) beat the Hawks (2-6, 1-5) 3-1 in the first game of a doubleheader in Bristol, Rhode Island. UNE won the second game, 12-1.

BASEBALL

SOUTHERN MAINE SWEEPS UMASS.-DARTMOUTH: Andrew Olszak had two hits and two RBI as the Huskies (10-7, 3-1 Little East) defeated the Corsairs (11-7, 0-3) 8-3 in the doubleheader opener at North Dartmouth, Massachusetts.

Devin Warren homered as the Huskies won the second game, 2-1.

MAINE, STONY BROOK SPLIT: Colin Riley had two hits and two RBI as the Black Bears (9-20, 5-3 America East) beat the SeaWolves (16-12, 5-3) 4-2 in the second game of a doubleheader in Orono. Stony Brook won the first game, 4-1.

TRINITY SWEEPS BOWDOIN: Alex Rodriguez had two RBI as the Bantams (9-9, 4-2 NESCAC) beat the Polar Bears (9-9, 3-3) 7-2 in the first game of a doubleheader in Hartford, Connecticut. Trinity won the second game, 6-3.

EASTERN CONNECTICUT 16, SOUTHERN MAINE 8: Connor Wyllie had three goals and one assist as the Warriors (5-5, 1-1 LEC) dominated the Huskies (3-6, 1-1 LEC) at Mansfield, Connecticut.
