ArtWalk Gardiner will kick off its 14th season from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 4, with art, music, merriment and more. Artists’ studios, galleries, shops and other venues along Water Street will feature unique works of art ranging from paintings, drawings, fine art prints, photography, sculpture, jewelry, woodworks and ceramics.

Original works by many local artists and artist groups include Artdogs members, Karen Adrienne, Boys & Girls Club of Kennebec Valley, Anna Burdette, Circling the Square Fine Art Press members, Matt Demers, Isabella Files, Aylah Ireland, Kala Ladenheim, Allison McKeen, Kristen MMurphy, Linda Murray, SpinOff Studio members, Christine Sullivan, Tina Wood/Upstream, Wild Feather Woodworks, and others.

The event will include artist open studios and demonstrations; live music by Justin Walton; a Seedling Sale in Gardiner Food Co-op and Cafe; Monkitree is hosting “Together is Better: The Marvel and Mystery of Fish Migration;” and “What’s Your Flavor?,” an art installation and ice cream social will take place at SpinOff Studios.
