The Kennebec Valley Chordsmen Barbershop Chorus of Waterville will hold a spring celebration concert at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 5, at the Unity College Center for the Performing, 42 Depot St., in Unity.

Entertainers will include the Chordsmen and Quartets Main Stream, Buck and a Quarter, In the Mix mixed quartet from the Bath area and special quartet Rusty Pipes from the Bangor area. Songs from many eras in the barbershop style, will be performed including “Breaking Up is Hard to Do,” “Sentimental Journey,” “Hello Mary Lou,” “Let there be Peace on Earth,” “Georgia on My Mind” and more.

Tickets cost $15 general admission, $10 for seniors and $5 for children. Tickets will be available at the door or from chorus members.

The Chordsmen meet at 7 p.m. Thursday nights at the United Congregational Church, 7 Eustis Parkway, in Waterville. All men young and young at heart are welcome.
