Joey Joseph, owner of Cold Brook Mitsubishi, said of his long-time automobile foothold in Skowhegan: “I’ve been doing this for 30 years.” Many people still think of it as Cold Brook Saab — the signs are still there on U.S. Route 201.

When asked why someone should buy Mitsubishi, General Manager Rick Cook said, “It’s low maintenance, all-wheel drive and good quality.”
The Crossover is a small SUV (sports utility vehicle) that fits all walks of life and life styles, he said.

“We find that word-of-mouth has been great for sales, plus we have good quality used cars, trucks and SUVs,” Cook said. “We are more laid back. We have grown and flourished in the four years since becoming a Mitsubishi dealership.”

Customers are the priority at Cold Brook Mitsubishi in Skowhegan, according to Cook. They have the resources needed to find a new Mitsubishi or used vehicle that is right for the customer, he said. They offer more than 25 years of quality service throughout Maine, and are committed to earning loyalty. Mitsubishi cars are symbols of quality, and Cold Brook promises to weave the Mitsubishi tradition and its rich history in all they do, he added.

Customers can view inventory —including the Mitsubishi Outlander and Outlander Sport, as well as the Mitsubishi Lancer and the all new Mirage —at the dealership in Skowhegan.

“We also pride ourselves on a state-of-the-art parts and services department, ready to help you with all of your vehicle needs,” Joseph said. “We offer a complete sales, parts and service package, which also includes loaner cars.”

Great selection and commitment to quality will have patrons returning to Cold Brook Mitsubishi again and again for their vehicle needs, he said. The dealership also offers a wide selection of used and certified pre-owned vehicles. Regardless of customers’ budgets, they can find the used vehicle they need at a price they can afford.

Shopping the online used vehicle inventory, buyers can access all kinds of data, including pricing, mileage and pictures. Once a person locates a used car, truck or SUV he or she is interested in, they can fill out an auto finance application or call 800-564-9881, and a sales specialists will assist in finding the vehicle they need at a reasonable price.
Joseph and his staff have built a reputation in central Maine for providing courteous, honest service.

Cold Brook still services Saabs, even though the Swedish company went bankrupt in 2011 after the maneuverings of GM and Spyker over high finance and control of intellectual property, according to Joseph.

Fortunately, Cold Brook can still get Saab parts from Sweden, so it can still service former Saab customers. The dealership offers a legacy rate of $49-an-hour as opposed to the $89 -an-hour standard rate for service for 2009 and older Saabs.

Cold Brook went through some tough times after losing its Saab dealership and had to scramble for a new strategy to find a quality replacement —when Mitsubishi chose Cold Brook to be the dealer in the area.

“We believe our customers are the most important part of our business. We treat them the way we want to be treated,” he said.
Always striving to maintain the highest levels of integrity and professionalism in every area of the business, Cold Brook Mitsubishi wants people to visit to see why customers continue to return for their vehicle needs.
