The level of civil discourse nationwide has reached appallingly low levels, and we have politicians like Nick Isgro to blame. Everything is fine until politicians like him are called to task for their behavior, then — true to their stripes — they play the victim card. It’s always some outside special interest, the liberals, the Democrats … well, get a clue, Mr. Isgro — independent-minded folks who refuse to kowtow to a self-centered party line vote, too, and I’m only too happy to pray against his holding office much longer. Don’t put up with the junk, Waterville — you can do much better for a mayor.
