District 109 needs to elect Tom Ferris as our representative on June 12. He is a strong Democratic voice who has volunteered countless hours to children’s programs and the Friends of Waterville Schools.

Tom regularly attends City Council meetings in Waterville and legitimately understands the issues facing central Maine. I have known Tom for over 20 years, and he is intellectual and articulate. He will be a real asset for central Maine on the floor of the Maine House of Representatives.

Tom knows when it’s time to fight and when it’s time to resolve matters through compromise. This election is important for all central Maine residents. I urge you all to come out to vote on June 12, not just for Ferris, but for all the issues involving Waterville and central Maine.
