Tom Ferris, a Maine native, Colby College graduate, and 30-year resident of Waterville, will bring an inclusive, people-centered perspective to the Maine House of Representatives. Tom and his wife Cassie, who are advocates for strong public schools, have two children in the Waterville school system.
If elected to House District 109, Tom’s priorities will include working toward revenue sharing, including 55 percent education funding from the state; criminal justice reform; and MaineCare (Medicaid) expansion. In addition, he will be a strong defender of LGBTQ rights, and will work to help lower real estate taxes.
We urge our fellow citizens to join us in voting on June 12 for Tom Ferris — a person with a positive outlook who will represent us well in Augusta.
