Hospice Volunteers of Waterville Area will offer a Grief Support Walking Group for adults grieving the loss of a loved one.
The group will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 26, at the Quarry Road trails on Quarry Road in Waterville. The walk is slow-paced and is appropriate for all levels (not an exercise group).
This group is not for fitness, rather a time to enjoy nature, walk, share, listen and connect with others who are walking through their grief journey.
