We in Fayette are entering a critical period in the next several years where we could see our mill rate increase way beyond our imagination. This year the proposal is a 2.25 mill rate increase. Our annual town meeting might have 40 to 50 people decide the direction of how the town is going to spend our money. We need more voter participation. Please take the time on June 16, the day of the annual town meeting, to vote and support the town of Fayette.
