The Clinton Fairgrounds on Route 100 will be the site of the Central Maine Fourth of July Celebration, from July 2 to 4. According to organizer Kevin Douglass, events this year will include Kids’ Day, with a bounce house, petting zoo, Touch-a-Truck and other activities, live bands all three days. The Fourth of July celebration includes free events, capped by what Douglass calls “Central Maine’s largest fireworks display.”

Schedule of Events:

Monday, July 2nd – Country Day:
Gates open at 4 p.m. Bands take the stage at 5 p.m.
Enjoy a day with friends and family listening to Maine’s best country music artists.
Live Music Schedule:
5-6:20 p.m. Dirty Little Secret
6:45-8 p.m. Mainly Country
8:30-9:30 p.m. Tina Kelly Band

Tuesday, July 3rd –  Kids Day:
Gates open at 3 p.m.
Free activities for the kids: Touch-A-Truck, Ghostbusters Car, Petting Zoo, Bounce Houses and more.
Live Music Schedule:
5-6:20 p.m. Shiny Objects
6:45-8 p.m. Right Amount of Wrong

Wednesday, July 4th Independence:
Gates open at 10 a.m.
