AUGUSTA — Augusta duplicate bridge club winners for Wednesday were: North/south — Nancy Farmer and Luke Merry, Paul Sherman and Paul Mitnik, and Elsa Falls and Jeanette Wiggin; east/west — Sharron Hinckley and John Hackett, Ron Cote and Frank Shorey, and Nancy Lenfest and Nancy Lindgren. Winners on Thursday, July 12th were: Tom Simmons and Anil Goswami, David Offer and Paul Mitnik, and Dennis Purington and Glenn Angell.

The club meets at 1 p.m. Wednesdays at Granite Hill Estates, 60 Balsam Drive, Hallowell, and 6:30 p.m. Thursdays at Kennebec Plaza, 20 Willow St., Augusta. All are welcome; a partner is guaranteed.

HALLOWELL — Spectrum Generations William S. Cohen Community Center, announced its recent bridge winners.

Game day bridge winners on Wednesday was Gerene Lachapelle, Sally Nelson placed second and Peggy Barrett placed third.

Thursday’s winner was Don Albert, Pat Leach placed second and Nancy Wadleigh placed third.
