More than 100 farms opened their doors for Open Farm Day across Maine on Sunday.

Farmers gave tours of their barns, pulled out their tractors and other equipment and offered homemade products during the 29th annual celebration of Maine agriculture.

In Androscoggin County, visitors learned about growing clematis at Hummingbird Farm in Turner.

In Franklin County, people sampled emu oil-based products at the Birds of a Feather Emu Farm in Farmington.

In Aroostook County, people dropped in at Micmac Farms in Presque Isle to learn about operating a brook trout hatchery, while in York County, Prospect Hill Winery in Lebanon offered information on grape-growing techniques.
