A CD release party for Tired Eyes and Friends “Light-infused Dust” will begin at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, July 29, at the HydeOut at the Kennebec Wharf, 132 Water St. in Hallowell.
The band is made up of Jason Grundstrom-Whitney, of Monmouth, and his brother Jon Whitney, of Foothill Ranch, California. The evening’s musicians include Hallowell-based Bob Colwell, Dick Hollis, Pat Pepin, Christine Poulson, and Roger Sampson, and local rapper J Whit. “Light-infused Dust” includes a variety of musical genres. Songs range from blues to alternative rock to country to rap.
