The Rangeley Friends of the Arts’s annual Home Tour of Rangeley tour is scheduled for 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7. The Taste of Rangeley will follow at 3:30 p.m. at Loon Lodge on Pickford Road.

The properties on this year’s self-guided tour include the historic Rangeley Inn to the recently renovated home of Stephanie and Adam Barea, the Tony Millington property offers views of Bald Mountain and the lake, and Narramantic Island’s log lodge has 5,000 feet of waterfront and a 90-foot porch for guests.

Local restaurants have donated samples for the Taste of Rangeley at Loon Lodge and vocalist Anna Mather with Elaine Holcombe at the keyboard will provide music.

Tickets and booklets for the event are on sale from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday at the RFA Lakeside Theater Box Office, 2493 Main Street, and at rangeleyarts.org. Tickets also can be purchased the day of the tour at any of the home sites.

Home Tour booklets also can be obtained at the Home Tour sponsors: Rangeley Lakes Builders Supply/Welcome Home and Loon Lodge. Proceeds from the event will benefit the RFA’s art education programs for local youth.
