The 2018 Maine Strawberry Pageant Royalty has been announced. The pageant was held last weekend at the Pittston Fair. The winners were crowned Sunday, July 29.
After a few months of volunteering, interviews and community service at the fair, the judges were able to pick the winners. They will spend the next year representing Pittston Fair and the community at various events.
The winners are Jordan Snell, of West Gardiner, 2018 Maine Strawberry Queen; Tori Grasse, of Windsor, Strawberry Queen Runnerup and Miss Congeniality; Lily Belanger, of Pittston, 2018 Maine Strawberry Princess; Deanndra Kalloch, of Whitefield, Strawberry Princess Runnerup; Lexi Benner, of West Gardiner, 2018 Maine Strawberry Blossom; and Charlotte Garloff, of Pittston, Strawberry Blossom RunnerUp.
