The Lovejoy Pond Improvement Association’s annual meeting will begin at 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, at the North Wayne Church, Church Street, Wayne.
All Lovejoy Pond residents and friends are invited to attend and hear guest speaker Lidie Robbins from 30 Mile River Watershed Association explain its programs, activities, lake conditions and other items of interest.
Bring a dish, salads or desert to share with members after the meeting. Pulled pork sandwiches from the Fayette General Store will be provided along with refreshments.
