5:13 p.m., Rhoads E. Miller, 43, of Rome, was arrested on charges of assault on an officer, violating condition of release, refusing to submit to arrest or detention by use of physical force and criminal trespassing.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Saturday at 5:34 p.m., Jessica M. Crockett, 34, of Fairfield, was arrested on three warrants for failure to appear.
