The Town of Fairfield seeks volunteers who are interested in serving on various boards and committees. Seats available as of January 2019 are as follows:

• Board of Assessment Review: One vacancy for three years;

• Budget Committee: Three vacancies for three years;

• Economic Development Committee: Three vacancies for three years;

• Land Use Board of Appeals (includes one alternate): Two vacancies for five years; and

• Planning Board (includes one alternate): Two vacancies for five years.

The Town Council will review applications in December and make appointments at its annual Organizational Meeting on Jan. 9.
