IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Tuesday at 12:31 a.m., Olivia Rose Sullivan, 21, of Farmington, Connecticut, was arrested on a charge of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor.

Also at 12:31 a.m., Miranda L. Gould, 20, of South Paris, was arrested on a charge of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor.

Also at 12:31 a.m., Kristen Hill, 22, of Berwick, was arrested on a charge of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor.

1:38 a.m., Elijah Joseph Luker, 23, of Industry, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

5:47 p.m., Juli Ann Howard, 45, of Farmington, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault and violating condition of release.

8:15 p.m., Nathan Michael Purrington, 34, of Fayette, was arrested on a warrant.

11:50 p.m., Courtney Webster, 26, of Jay, was arrested on a charge of OUI.
