I’ve been hearing a lot of loud rumblings about how we have to shut down our southern border because thieves, rapists, murderers and terrorists are using the border to enter our country.
Using that logic, perhaps we should shut down all of our highways. After all, thieves, rapists, murderers and terrorists are using our highways to transport themselves from one crime scene to the next every day.
I am hoping that the argument I get against my suggestion is: “But a lot of good and innocent people need to use the highway, too.”
