I want to thank the city of Waterville and the public works crew for fixing the planting area on the Waterville-Winslow bridge. It looks 100 percent better with the mulch covering the entire planting area. Great job. Be very careful what goes back in there next spring. Maintenance, maintenance, maintenance.
