ARRESTS
IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wednesday at 1:08 a.m., Wendy L. Collins, 48, of Chesterville, was arrested on a charge of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.
IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 12:52 p.m., Bradley Taylor, 20, of Madison, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.
Thursday at 12:57 a.m., Joseph Edward Meservey, 22, of Skowhegan, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear and for unpaid fines or fees.
