5:39 p.m., Scott D. Mcaleer, 55, of Carthage, was arrested on a charge of theft by receiving stolen property.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Thursday at 11:50 a.m., Wesley S. Williams, 28, of Cushing, was arrested on a charge of assault.
