ARRESTS

IN AUGUSTA, Tuesday at 8:53 a.m., Chase M. Duguay, 20, of Waterville, was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of his release after he was located near Leighton Road and Anthony Avenue.

4:06 p.m., Shawn Gagne, 45, of Augusta, was arrested on an outstanding warrant after he was located on Union Street.

9:07 p.m., Isaiah Q. Butler, 22, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of violating his probation following a well-being check on Glenridge Drive.

IN HALLOWELL, Kerry R. Fredette, 26, of Farmingdale, was arrested on two charges of violating conditions of her release following an incident on Water Street.

SUMMONS

IN AUGUSTA, Tuesday at 4:30 p.m., A 23-year old Gardiner man was issued a summons on charges of operating a vehicle without a license and leaving the scene of an accident following a hit-and-run on Enterprise Drive.
