11:05 p.m., Richard F. Holton, 62, of Augusta, was issued a summons on a charge of violating conditions of his release after a report of suspicious activity on Court Street.

Saturday at 3:22 a.m., a 54-year old Augusta man was issued a summons for attaching false plates after he was found on Franklin Street.
