ARRESTS

11:36 p.m., Stephen Alfred Hale, 36, of Canaan, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

IN WATERVILLE, Sunday at 1:51 a.m., Parrish Manson, 71, of Waterville, was arrested on charges of operating after suspension and failure to stop for an officer.

SUMMONSES
