ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 12:57 p.m., Kenneth Bruning, 34, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of probation violation.

6:10 p.m., Lindsay Isabella Richard, 35, of Madison, was arrested on a charge of assault.

SUMMONSES

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 5:59 p.m., Amy L. Przytulski, 43, of Winslow, was issued a summons on a charge of failing to register her vehicle during a traffic stop on Kennedy Memorial Drive.
