IN AUGUSTA, Thursday at 5:59 a.m., Andres G. Garcia, 24, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault after a domestic disturbance was reported on Patterson Street.

6:42 p.m., Laura S. Perkins, 36, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle without a license and violating conditions of her release after a car accident on Western Avenue.

SUMMONSES
