AUGUSTA — Parker Desjardins scored 20 points and Brandon Gilboe posted a double-double (15 points, 12 rebounds) as the Forest Hills boys basketball team sank Rangeley 67-44 in a Class D South game at the Augusta Civic Center.

Hunter Cuddy scored 18 points for Forest Hills (15-0) as well.

Nolan Boone scored 17 points to pace the Lakers (9-5).

WATERVILLE 56, MOUNT VIEW 52: David Barre’s 13 points helped the Purple Panthers outlast the Mustangs in Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class B action.

Ben Danner added 12 points for Waterville (3-12), while Jack Lloyd and Jack Thompson had 13 and 12 rebounds, respectively.

Brennan Grant had 16 points and Neal Kenney scored 15 for the Mustangs (1-14). The two hit four and five 3-pointers, respectively.

VALLEY 70, BUCKFIELD 35: Joey Thomas scored 25 points to lead the Cavaliers (10-5) to a convincing win in Bingham.

Keegan Farnham scored 18 points and added five rebounds, six assists and five steals. Thomas Bishop had nine points and eight rebounds.

Noah Wiley led the Bucks (4-12) with eight points.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

FOREST HILLS 57, NORTH HAVEN 34: Miranda Shelley scored a team-high 18 points and Taylor Fountaine added 11 to lead the Tigers.

Alex Campbell chipped in with 10 points to pace Forest Hills (6-9).

Layla Sparhawk scored a game-high 20points to lead North Haven (0-11).

WATERVILLE 51, MOUNT VIEW 29: Sadie Garling’s 16 points led the Purple Panthers to their 15th straight win in KVAC B competition.

Kali Thompson added 10 points and eight rebounds for Waterville (15-0).

Hannah Coolen had 14 points for the Mustangs (4-10).

BUCKFIELD 45, VALLEY 28: Kathryn Henderson scored 15 points and Hannah Shields added 11 as Buckfield rolled in Bingham.

Jillian Miller scored 12 points to lead Valley.

OAK HILL 44, MOUNTAIN VALLEY 25: Oak Hill jumped out to a 17-4 lead after one quarter and cruised to the Mountain Valley Conference win in Rumford.

Abby Nadeau paced the Raiders (14-1) with 17 points. Desirae Dumais added 10 and and Audrey Brown had nine.

Rylee Sevigny and Kierstyn Lyons each had eight for the Falcons (11-5). Sevigny left the game in the second quarter with an injury.

UNIFIED BASKETBALL

MESSALONSKEE 58, CONY 54: Chris Lamontagne scored 14 points to lead the Eagles to a win over the Rams in Augusta.

Angel Parsons scored eight points, while Sebastian Rushing added six points for the Eagles.

David Kidd led Cony with 13 points, while Katrina Boisvert and Kevin Curtis each added eight points.
