ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Tuesday at 3:25 p.m., Kenneth John Ellery Cray, 37, of Jay, was arrested on a warrant and a charge of refusing to submit to detention or arrest.

4:30 p.m., Philip Steven Howe, 44, of New Sharon, was arrested on charges of possessing a firearm as a prohibited person and domestic violence terrorizing elevated by prior domestic violence charges.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 6:01 p.m., Jason William Tabbernee, 57, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of violating conditions of release and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 10:45 p.m., Sherry Googe, 62, of Waterville, was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release.

11:30 p.m., Joshua Eugley, 31, of Waterville, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence, elevated by two prior convictions, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and aggravated operating after a habitual offender revocation with prior convictions.

Wednesday at 1:48 a.m., Joshua Eugley, 31, of Waterville, was arrested again on charges of aggravated assault and violating conditions of release.
