6 p.m., Joseph Lewis, 36, of Waldoboro, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence elevated by one prior conviction, operating while his license was suspended or revoked and violating conditions of release.

7:57 p.m., Joseph Edward Meservey, 22, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a warrant.

9:12 p.m., Gerald Rocha, 55, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a warrant.
