IN OAKLAND, Thursday at 12:55 p.m., Nathaniel A. Fotter, 25, of Randolph, was arrested on a warrant.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Thursday at 2 p.m., Michael Shane Larouche, 32, of Norridgewock, was arrested on a warrant.
