With all the necessities of the world, including resolving hunger, I don’t understand why the city of Gardiner needs a million-dollar pedestrian bridge to be built next to a bridge that already has a sidewalk (“Work starts on two-year Gardiner bridge replacement project,” March 18).

Is this supposed to attract business to Gardiner?

Why is Domino’s Pizza in Gardiner now out of business after only one year?
