JAY — Police are investigating a break-in at a medical marijuana caregiving business on Main Street, where marijuana and pipes were stolen, according to Police Chief Richard Caton IV.
The burglar or burglars forced their way into Creative Caring through a window between Thursday night and Friday afternoon, Caton said. He estimated the theft and property damage at more than $1,000.
Officers Dylan Rider and Keith Masse responded to the burglary report at 5:37 p.m. Friday, Caton said.
Creative Caring opened in December.
