MADISON — The Madison softball team keeps rolling.

Lauria LeBlanc went 2-for-3 with a triple and two RBIs and Lillian Levesque also drove in a pair as the Bulldogs rolled to a 12-0 win over Mountain Valley, scoring another victory in the Mountain Valley Conference in the process.

LeBlanc also started in the circle, striking out three in two innings.

Landyn Landry went 4-for-4 for the Bulldogs (9-0) as well. The Falcons fell to 0-6.

 

SPRUCE MOUNTAIN 1, WINTHROP 0: Adelle Foss pitched a complete game one-hitter to shut out the Ramblers in MVC action in Livermore Falls.

Foss struck out 10 batters and walked just one for Spruce Mountain (3-6), which scored its lone run in the fifth inning.

Winthrop fell to 3-3 with the loss.

 

BASEBALL

LISBON 11, HALL-DALE 2: Noah Austin homered and Lucas Francis went the distance on the mound, helping the Greyhounds (7-0) stay undefeated with a key MVC win in Farmingdale.

Hunter Brissette, Neil LaRochelle and Levi Levesque added doubles for Lisbon.

Austin Stebbins doubled and drove in both runs for the Bulldogs (4-2), while Akira Warren doubled and Alec Byron had two hits.

 

MOUNTAIN VALLEY 13, BRIDGEWAY 0: Garrett Garbarini and Ethan Laubauskas combined to throw a no-hitter in an MVC win.

Laubauskas entered the game and pitched the seventh inning while also tallying two hits. Will Bean added two doubles and Cam Godbois had three hits and three RBIs.

Bridgeway (0-6) committed three errors and Eric Westcott took the loss on the mound.
