Capital Area Technical Center in Augusta has announced its April Students of the Month, according to a news release from the center.

Trinity Gajilan, a junior from Richmond, attends Richmond High School as well as the Certified Nursing Assistant program at Capital Area Technical Center.

Her instructor, Karen Parker said, “Trinity is a motivated young lady that is always on time with her work, ready for clinical and always gives her personal best in everything she does. She is real gem of the program,”  according to the release.

When she is not in school, she likes to read or be with her friends. Next year, she will take the Early Childhood Education program at CATC and has the long-term goal of working with children as a therapist.

Kole-Tai Carlezon, a junior from Windsor, attends Erskine Academy as well as the Auto Body Program at Capital Area Technical Center.

His instructor, Phil Dow said, “Kole has an exceptional work ethic for such a young man. He gives 100 percent effort every day in the shop and in the classroom,” according to the release.

He is restoring his dream car, a 1970 Jeep. He also works at Country Corners Grocery in Whitefield.

Carlezon plans to pursue a career combining his passion for painting and metal work.
