Kennebec River Day will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 29, in Mill Park in Augusta. In the event of rain, events will be moved to the Augusta Civic Center.
The Family Fun Stage will be emceed by 92 Moose personalities. Taiko Drumming will begin at 11 .m. with dance performances starting at noon, karate demonstrations at 1 p.m. and working K-9 demonstrations at 2 p.m. The talent show will be ongoing.
Acitivities will include arabic writing, bead crafts, cornhole games with prizes, disc golf, slime making, Greyhound meet and greet, horse-drawn carriage rides, inflatables and more.
