AUGUSTA — Hussey Elementary School has a positive COVID-19 case, according to school officials.
Principal Troy Alexander sent a letter to families Monday afternoon with news that an individual tested positive for COVID-19.
Alexander said that through contact tracing within the school, it was determined no other staff members or students were in close contact with the individual.
Hussey will remain open.
