She was the only child of Emil Alexa and Augustine Alexa. She was accepted into the University of Vienna, where she would later earn a degree in Accounting. Soon thereafter she would meet her husband, US soldier Harry Lilliman. Harry had noticed Inge standing on a crosswalk while in his military jeep asked her if she would like a lift. After 10 years of service Harry and Inge started their family in Illinois where John was born, a few years later Michael and Jeanne were born overseas in Frankfurt, Germany. After 20 years of Service, they settled in Augusta where Harry retired at Camp Keyes. She was blessed with two grandsons, Michael and Nicholas, that she adored dearly and always being a presence in their lives. Harry and Inge were avid travelers throughout their lives, embarking on trips to various European countries, Canada, and the US. She was an avid skier where she would soon maker her second home at Sugarloaf Mountain. Inge had a passion for clocks, which she collected many throughout the years. Those who knew her best would always say she gave the best advice. She was a devoted mother, loving and caring for everyone around her.
