Kelly Fogarty and Maeve Carroll each added 12 points for the Black Bears (15-2, 12-2 America East), who opened a 24-9 advantage after one quarter and stretched it to 48-21 at halftime.
Amanda Torres led UNH (5-14, 5-11) with 16 points.
Maine, the No. 1 seed in the America East tournament, is now idle until the conference semifinals on March 7.

(19) WEST VIRGINIA 81, TCU 78: Esmery Martinez scored 21 points and grabbed 12 rebounds, and the Mountaineers (17-3, 11-3 Big 12) overcame a 38-point performance by Lauren Heard to defeat the visiting Horned Frogs (8-11, 3-11).
(24) NORTHWESTERN 67, WISCONSIN 54: Sydney Wood and Lindsey Pulliam scored 14 points as the Wildcats (12-5, 10-5 Big Ten) beat the Badgers (5-15, 2-15) in Evanston, Illinois.
(25) SAN DIEGO STATE 75, FRESNO STATE 57: Jordan Schakel scored 14 points on perfect shooting, with four 3-pointers, and the Aztecs (17-4, 11-3 Mountain West) defeated the Bulldogs (9-9, 7-9) in Fresno, California.

DUKE 66, (7) VIRGINIA 65: Freshman Jaemyn Brakefield scored the go-ahead basket on a reverse layup with 1:58 left and the Blue Devils (10-8, 8-6 Atlantic Coast) upset the Cavaliers (15-5, 11-3) in Durham, North Carolina.
